KajuMart Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 1st August 2025

Welcome to Kajumart, a brand of Kajumart Global E Trade. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently while ensuring high-quality service at every step.

Cashew Sourcing and Distribution:

At Kajumart, we do not process cashew nuts ourselves. Instead, we serve as a trusted link between cashew processing units across the country and retailers of all sizes in diverse markets. Our primary focus is to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of quality cashew products.

Through our online platform, cashew producers have the opportunity to offer their products at fair and competitive prices to both retail and wholesale buyers nationwide. Likewise, retailers—whether small neighbourhood shops or large-scale distributors—can purchase cashew nuts directly from producers, ensuring better value and transparency in pricing.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India. However, we kindly request our valued customers to verify service availability in their PIN code area before placing an order.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. If you choose an electronic payment method (credit card, debit card, or net banking), you will be redirected to your bank’s website to complete the transaction. Your purchase contract will only be confirmed once we receive your payment and dispatch the item.

3. Pay on Delivery (COD/POD)

If you opt for Pay on Delivery (POD), you can pay via cash, card, UPI, or net banking upon delivery. Note: This service is currently unavailable.

4. Shipping Partner

To ensure timely and efficient delivery across India, Kajumart has partnered with Delhivery Private Limited, a leading logistics service provider. Shipping charges are applied as per Delhivery’s official rate chart.

5. Shipping Charges & Calculation

Shipping fees are calculated based on either the volumetric weight or the actual weight of the product, whichever is higher. Charges vary depending on the delivery zone (local or national).

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Processing

After confirmation, orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive updates about your order via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once it is shipped.

8. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, a tracking number (LR or Bilty) will be sent via email or SMS so you can track your shipment in real time.

9. Delayed or Lost Orders

10. Damaged Shipments & Return Policy

All products are securely packed to reach you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photos. We will provide prompt assistance.
