Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure transparency and smooth operations, we have outlined the following cancellation and refund policy for our valued customers:

1. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation, provided they are not yet processed or shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Customized or Pre-Order Items

  • Orders for such items cannot be cancelled as preparation begins in advance.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. After Delivery is Completed

  • No return or exchange is accepted once a product is delivered.
  • This is due to the perishable or sensitive nature of most food items.

2. In Case of Damaged or Broken Items

  • If the packet or bucket is torn, broken, or damaged during transportation:
    • The customer must take a clear photo of the damage at the time of receiving the consignment.
    • The issue must be reported on the spot to the delivery person.
    • A written confirmation with signature describing the damage must be collected from the delivery person.
    • Upon notifying our support team with proof, we will review the case and take appropriate action.
